How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

iPhone Settings → tap your name at top → Subscriptions → Fitra Labs Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple — they handle their refund policy. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a reset link.

My meal photo isn't being recognized correctly.

AI meal estimation is approximate. For best results:

Workout history is missing.

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on this device. Your workout history is tied to your account, not the device. If a workout is still missing, email us with the approximate date.

I want to delete my account.

Go to Settings → Sign Out → "Delete Account" — or email hello@fitralab.app. We delete all your data within 30 days.
