Terms of Service

Welcome to Fitra Labs. By using the Fitra Labs mobile app or website ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your country) to use Fitra Labs. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. If you lose access or your account is compromised, contact us at hello@fitralab.app.

Subscriptions

Fitra Labs offers an optional paid Pro subscription with the following pricing:

Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Free trials are available only to new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews at the listed price unless cancelled.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy. Refund requests should be made through Apple — we do not have direct access to issue refunds.

Health Disclaimer

Fitra Labs provides fitness tracking and informational nutrition estimates. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Use the information at your own risk.

AI-generated nutrition estimates (meal photo analysis, food suggestions) are approximations and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for clinical or therapeutic decisions.

User Content

Content you submit (workouts, meal photos, profile info) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content as needed to operate the app. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not share or sell it.

Intellectual Property

The Fitra Labs name, logo, app, design, and content are owned by Fitra Labs and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitra Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in your jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
